What counts toward the Free tier's 20-task cap?

Each scheduled task with at least one confirmed calendar booking counts as one. Drafts, cancellations and edits to the same task within 24 hours do not consume additional quota.

Do you offer refunds?

Monthly plans are non-refundable but cancellable at any time (you keep access until the period ends). Annual plans are refundable within 14 days of purchase minus any usage. Enterprise terms follow the signed order form.

Is there a free trial for Pro or Team?

Yes — Pro has a self-serve 14-day trial with no card required. Team trials are extended on request so the whole team can onboard in parallel; contact sales.

How much do I save on annual billing?

Annual billing saves ~20% across Pro and Team versus monthly. Enterprise commitments unlock deeper volume pricing tied to seat count and committed LLM spend.

What happens if I exceed webhook or LLM caps?

Pro and Team overages are metered and billed at published per-unit rates. We email when you hit 80% of cap. You can also set a hard cap to pause instead of billing for overage — configurable per workspace.

Can we get a custom contract, MSA or security review?

Absolutely — on Enterprise. We sign MSAs, DPAs with EU SCCs / UK IDTA, security questionnaires (SIG, CAIQ) and can host a vendor-risk call with your InfoSec team.

Is SSO available on Pro?

SSO (SAML / OIDC) is included on Team and Enterprise. If you need enterprise SSO without team seats, contact sales.

Can I export or delete my data?

Yes, on every tier. Settings → Danger zone exports your tasks and scheduling history as ICS + JSON. Full account deletion removes all tenant data within 30 days, excluding records we must retain for audit and billing compliance.
